177 Interpretation of Part XVII. E+W+S

In this Part of this Act—

• “the Act of 1960” means the M1 Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960;

• “the Act of 1968” means the M2 Caravan Sites Act 1968;

• “caravan” has the same meaning as in the Act of 1960; and

• “gipsy” has the same meaning as in the Act of 1968.
