TABLE E+W Persons to be served with copies of the documents specified in paragraph 3 of this Schedule E+W

4 E+WWhere the proposed order authorises the stopping up or diversion of a highway, the Minister[F1 , the strategic highways company ] or the local highway authority, as the case may be, shall, not later than the day on which the said notice is published or, if it is published on 2 or more days, the day on which it is first published, cause a copy of it to be displayed in a prominent position at the ends of so much of any highway as is proposed to be stopped up or diverted under the order.
