Part IIE+W
Further provision with respect to the limits under Part IE+W
1E+WIn the entries numbered 2 and 4 in Part I of this Schedule the distance limit specified in column 2 shall, in relation to land required for the provision of new means of access to premises from a highway or proposed highway, have effect with the substitution for the distance there mentioned of a distance of 880 yards from the middle of that highway or proposed highway.
2E+WWhere the boundaries of any highway will be altered in consequence of any improvement proposed to be made under this Act in relation to the highway, then, for the purposes of Part I of this Schedule the middle of that highway shall be the middle of it as proposed to be improved.
