6E+WIn calculating—
(a)the amount of any sum to be recovered or paid by the Minister[F1or a strategic highways company] under paragraph 4 above, or
(b)the price of the materials to be purchased, or the hire of plant to be hired, by the Minister[F2or the company] under paragraph 5 above,
account shall be taken of any grant paid or payable by the Minister[F2or the company] to the authority or council for the purpose of the works or services.
