298 Duty of local authorities to furnish information to county councils and the Greater London Council. E+W

(1) Every [F1 non-metropolitan] district council shall furnish, and shall instruct their officers to furnish, any information in their power which may reasonably be required by any county council for the purpose of enabling that council to discharge their functions under this Act.
