The term for which a person may be called out under section 14(1) above shall be such a term (consistent with sub-paragraph (2) below) beginning on such date falling within the period specified in the agreement as may be specified in the notice, whether or not any of that term falls after the date when the agreement ceases to be in force.

Subject to paragraphs 4 to 6 below, the term, or, if more than one, the aggregate of the terms, for which any person is called out for service under section 14(1) in pursuance of any one agreement shall not exceed 6 months.
