20Where section 12 of the [1977 c. 5.] Social Security (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1977 applied immediately before the commencement of this Act to any provision which is repealed and re-enacted by this Act that section continues to apply to that provision as so re-enacted as it applied immediately before that commencement.
