104Transfer and posting on call-out of Royal Auxiliary Air Force
A man of the Royal Auxiliary Air Force may, by order of the Defence Council or an officer designated by them—
a
at any time while the part of the Royal Auxiliary Air Force to which he belongs is called out for permanent service by virtue of section 10(1) above, or
b
at any time while he is serving under section 22 above,
be posted without his consent to any unit of Her Majesty's air forces.
