Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 (c. 57) E+W+S

19 E+W+S In section 63(3)(b) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 for the words “Part I of the Transport Act 1980” there shall be substituted the words “ the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981 ”.
