Finance Act 1965 (c. 25) E+W+S

[F1 3 E+W+S In section 92 of the Finance Act 1965, in the definition of “operator” in subsection (8), for the words “Part I of the Transport Act 1980” there shall be substituted the words “ the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981 ”.]
