(1)This Act may be cited as the Disused Burial Grounds (Amendment) Act 1981 and shall be construed as one with the M1Disused Burial Grounds Act 1884, and that Act and this Act may be cited together as the Disused Burial Grounds Acts 1884 and 1981.
(2)This Act shall not extend to Scotland or Northern Ireland.
