The provisions of the [1971 c. 78.] Town and Country Planning Acts 1971 and [1972 c. 42.] 1972 and any restrictions or powers thereby imposed or conferred in relation to land shall apply and may be exercised in relation to any land notwithstanding that the erection of a building thereon is or may be authorised by this Act.
