29 Recommendation of a Minister required in certain cases. U.K.

The grant under this Part of this Act of a lump sum or [F2 widow's, widower's, surviving civil partner's] or children’s pension conditional on eligibility for a pension requiring the recommendation to [F3 the Treasury or any Minister of the Crown] shall require the like recommendation.
