For the purposes of this Act the annual salary of a county court registrar or assistant registrar who is also a district registrar of the High Court shall be deemed to include any salary payable in respect of his services as district registrar.

Nothing in this Act shall apply to a part-time registrar or part-time assistant registrar within the meaning of subsection (3) of F2section 10 of the County Courts Act 1984 (restrictions on practice).
