In this Act—

• “the 1956 Act” means the M1Valuation and Rating (Scotland) Act 1956;

• “the 1966 Act” means the M2Local Government (Scotland) Act 1966;

• “the 1973 Act” means the M3Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973;

• “the 1975 Act” means the M4Local Government (Scotland) Act 1975; and

• “the 1978 Act” means the M5Housing (Financial Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1978.
