77 Delivery boxes. U.K.

For paragraph (c) of section 87(2) (delivery of postal packets) of the M1Post Office Act 1953 (in this Act referred to as “the 1953 Act”) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—

(c)the delivery of a postal packet—

(i)at the premises to which it is addressed or redirected, except they be a post office from which it is to be collected ;

(ii)to any box or receptacle to which the occupier of thos premises has agreed that postal packets addressed to persons at those premises may be delivered ; or

(iii)to the addressee’s servant or agent or to some other person considered to be authorised to recieve the packet,

shall be delivered to the addressee.
