For subsection (1) of, and the side-note to, section 45 (jurisdiction of Court of Appeal, and construction of certain references in Parts I and II) substitute—

“45 Construction of references in Parts I and II to Court of Appeal and a single judge.

(1)

References in Parts I and 11 of this Act to the Court of Appeal shall be construed as references to the criminal division of the Court.”
