In Schedule 2 (provisions applicable on order for retrial), paragraph 2(4) shall have effect, and be deemed always to have had effect, as if for " Section 17(2) of the [1962 c. 15.] Criminal Justice Administration Act 1962 " there were substituted "Section 67 of the [1967 c. 80.] Criminal Justice Act 1967".
