For subsection (2) of section 34 (county court registrars and assistant registrars) substitute—

“(2)

Nothing in this Act shall apply to a part-time registrar or part-time assistant registrar within the meaning of subsection (3) of section 22 of the County Courts Act 1959 (restrictions on practice).”.
