131 Conveyancing counsel of F1Senior Courts.

The conveyancing counsel of the F1Senior Courts shall be F2persons who have a 10 year High Court qualification, within the meaning of section 71 of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990.

The conveyancing counsel of the court shall be not more than six, not less than three, in number, and shall be appointed by the Lord Chancellor F3with the concurrence of the Lord Chief Justice.

The Lord Chief Justice may nominate a judicial office holder (as defined in section 109(4) of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005) to exercise his functions under this section.
