The repeal by this Act of the provisions of Part I of the [1966 c. 28.] Docks and Harbours Act 1966 (licensing of dock employers) relating to the functions of the Council does not affect the operation of those provisions in relation to any objection or representation made by the Council before the appointed day, but as from that day the Council shall take no further part in proceedings under that Act.
