Abolition of power to revise certain charges E+W+S

9 (1) Sections 32 to 34 (powers of Ministers to revise ship, passenger and goods dues) are repealed. E+W+S

(2) Section 35 (local light dues) is repealed so far as it applies sections 32 and 34.
