11(1)In section 47(1) (which as amended by section 272(2) of the M1Local Government Act 1972 applies certain provisions of section 250 of that Act to inquiries and hearings under the M2Harbour Act 1964), paragraph (a)(i) and the words “(i) and (which are ineffective as a result of that amendment) are repealed.E+W+S
(2)In section 47(3) (power to direct that inquiries in Scotland be held by Commissioners under the M3Private Legislation Procedure (Scotland) Act 1936) for “or paragraph 3(3) of Schedule 4 there is substituted “ or paragraph 3(5) of Schedule 4 ”.
