2 U.K. In Schedule 1 to the National Loans Act 1968, in the entry headed “New Towns Act 1965”, for that heading substitute “ New Towns Act 1981 ” and—

(a) for the reference to section “42(1)(4)(5)” substitute “ 58(1)(5)(6) ” ;

(b) omit the references to sections 44(1) and (3), 45 and 46(5).
