Part II E+W Acquisition of New Rights Over Special Kinds of Land

Notice of giving of certificate E+W

9 E+W As soon as may be after the giving of a certificate under this Schedule, the acquiring authority shall publish—

[F1 (a)] in one or more local newspapers circulating in the locality in which the land comprised in the order is situated [F2 , and

(b) on an appropriate website, until the end of the period of 6 weeks beginning with the day on which the certificate is given,]

a notice in the prescribed form stating that the certificate has been given.
