In section 14(2) of the Coast Protection Act 1949 for “paragraph 15 of the First Schedule to the said Act of 1946” substitute “ section 23(3) of the Acquisition of Land Act 1981 ”.

In section 14(3) of the said Act of 1949 for “paragraph 15 of the First Schedule thereto”, in the first place where those words occur, substitute “ section 23(3) thereof ”.
