In paragraph 3 of Schedule 3 to the Courts Act 1971—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (2) for “paragraph 9 of Schedule 1 to the Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) Act 1946” substitute “ sections 17 and 18 of the Acquisition of Land Act 1981 ”,

(b)

in sub-paragraph (3) for “Act of 1946” substitute “ Act of 1981 ”.
