7E+WThe repeal by this Act of section 3 of the M1Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) Act 1946 shall not affect any order under that section if—
(a)it was made before 3rd August 1968, or
(b)a notice relating to the order was published pursuant to subsection (2) of the said section 3 before that date,
and Part VI of this Act shall not apply to the order.
