In section 8(1) of the said Act of 1962 (interpretation), for the definition of " navigation services " there shall be substituted the following definitions—

“' land' has the same meaning as, by virtue of Schedule 1 and paragraph 4 of Schedule 2 to the M2Interpretation Act 1978, it has in any Act passed on or after 1st January 1979 ;

' navigation services' means any air navigation services within the meaning of the M3Civil Aviation Act 1971 ;”.
