5In the M1 Sex Discrimination Act 1975—
(a)at the end of section 14(2)(a) there shall be inserted the words “or section 1 of the Industrial Training Act 1982.”; and
(b)the definition of “industrial tribunal” in section 82(1) shall cease to have effect.
