M1The Law of Property Act 1925

For paragraph (b) of section 84(11) of the Law of Property Act 1925 there shall be substituted the following paragraph:—
b
for civil aviation purposes under the powers of the Air Navigation Act 1920, of section 19 or 23 of the Civil Aviation Act 1949 or of section 30 or 41 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982.
