In section 37 of the Harbours Act 1964—
a
for the words “section 8(2) of the M1Civil Aviation Act 1949” there shall be substituted the words “section 60 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982” ; and
b
for the words “that subsection” there shall be substituted the words “subsection (3) of that section”.
