4 U.K. In section 37 of the Harbours Act 1964—

(a) for the words “section 8(2) of the M1 Civil Aviation Act 1949” there shall be substituted the words “section 60 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982” ; and

(b) for the words “that subsection” there shall be substituted the words “subsection (3) of that section”.
