in Spain, with the Audiencia Provincial,
in France, with the cour d'appel,
in Ireland, with the High Court,
in Italy, with the corte d'appello,
in Luxembourg, with the Court supérieure de justice sitting as a court of civil appeal,
in the Netherlands, with the arrondissementsrechtbank,
in Austria, with the Bezirksgericht,
in Portugal, with the Tribunal de Relacção,
