F1SCHEDULE 2 TEXT OF 1971 PROTOCOL, AS AMENDED

Article 10

The Secretary-General of the Council of the European Communities shall notify the signatory States of—

(a)

the deposit of each instrument of ratification;

(b)

the date of entry into force of this Protocol;

(c)

any designation received pursuant to Article 4(3);

(d)
