[11F F1 Remedies for breach of contract. S
(1)Where in a [F2relevant contract for the transfer of goods] a transferor is in breach of any term of the contract (express or implied), the other party to the contract (in this section referred to as “the transferee”) shall be entitled—
(a)to claim damages; and
(b)if the breach is material, to reject any goods delivered under the contract and treat it as repudiated.
