11FF1 Remedies for breach of contract.

Where in a F4relevant contract for the transfer of goods a transferor is in breach of any term of the contract (express or implied), the other party to the contract (in this section referred to as “the transferee”) shall be entitled—
a
to claim damages; and
b
if the breach is material, to reject any goods delivered under the contract and treat it as repudiated.
