(1) In this Act in its application to Scotland a “[F4relevant contract for the hire of goods]” means a contract under which one person (“the supplier”) hires or agrees to hire goods to another, other than [F5 a hire-purchase agreement ][F6, and other than a contract to which Chapter 2 of Part 1 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies. ]
