18Where a place in respect of which an entertainments licence has been granted constitutes a roller skating rink within the meaning of section 75(2)(b) of the [1961 c. 64.] Public Health Act 1961, it shall not be subject to any byelaws made under section 75 for so long as the licence is in force.
