9In the event of the death of the holder of an entertainments licence, the person carrying on at the place in respect of which the licence was granted the functions to which the licence relates shall be deemed to be the holder of the licence unless and until—
(a)a legal personal representative of the deceased has been duly constituted ; or
(b)the licence is transferred to some other person.
