There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982, Paragraph 5.
5E+WIn section 346(1)(c) of that Act (by virtue of which, among other things, an order, rule or regulation which was made under any enactment repealed by that Act but which could have been made under a corresponding provision of that Act has effect as if it had been made under that corresponding provision) after the word “regulation” there shall be inserted the word “ byelaw, ”.
