(which interprets the expression
“Consolidated Loans Fund” for the purposes of certain provisions relating to statutory investments by persons other than trustees), for the words
“section two hundred and seventy-five of the M1Local Government (Scotland) Act, 1947” there shall be substituted the words
“Schedule 3 to the M2Local Government (Scotland) Act 1975
”
