4SIn section 7(3) (which interprets the expression “Consolidated Loans Fund” for the purposes of certain provisions relating to statutory investments by persons other than trustees), for the words “section two hundred and seventy-five of the M1Local Government (Scotland) Act, 1947” there shall be substituted the words “Schedule 3 to the M2Local Government (Scotland) Act 1975 ”.
