The Roads and Bridges (Scotland) Act 1878 (c. 51)

So much of section 123 of the Roads and Bridges (Scotland) Act 1878 as incorporates and applies the words “ fly kites” and the words “ or play at football tennis fives cricket or any other game or games” in section XCVI of the Act of 1 and 2 Wm. 4. c. 43 as set out in Schedule (C) to the said Act 1878 shall cease to have effect.
