21In paragraph 7 of Schedule 10 to that Act (penalties for contravention of provisions regarding control of maximum prices for medical supplies)—
(a)in sub-paragraph (2\a) for the words " £100" substitute the words " the statutory maximum ";
(b)in sub-paragraph (2)(b) omit the words " not exceeding £500 "; and
(c)sub-paragraph (3) is repealed.
