4E+WAn offender who was sentenced to Borstal training on a date before the commencement of sections 1 to 15 above and whose sentence has not expired at the commencement of those sections shall be treated for all purposes of detention, release and supervision as if his sentence had been a youth custody sentence for a term of 12 months.
