X111U.K.In Part III of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975, for the words “ or Part II of the Industry Act 1972” there shall be substituted the words “ Part II of the Industry Act 1972 or Part III or section 13 of the Industrial Development Act 1982”.
