19 Consequential provisions etc. and repeals. U.K.

(1) Schedule 2 to this Act (which contains amendments consequential on the provisions of this Act, transitional provisions and savings) shall have effect; and the provisions of that Schedule are without prejudice to sections 16 and 17 of the M1 Interpretation Act 1978 (which relate to repeals).

(2) Subject to the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Act, the enactments and instruments specified in Schedule 3 to this Act are hereby repealed or, as the case may be, revoked to the extent specified in the third column of Schedule 3.
