1N.I.In section 24(3) of the Crown Proceedings Act 1947 as it applies in Northern Ireland in relation to Her Majesty’s Government in the United Kingdom and in relation to Her Majesty’s Government in Northern Ireland for the words from the beginning to “damages)” there shall be substituted the words “ Section 33A of the Judicature (Northern Ireland) Act 1978 and Article 45A of the County Courts (Northern Ireland) Order 1980 (which respectively empower the High Court and county courts to award interest on debts and damages) ”.
