46 Supplemental.

Any power conferred by this Part of this Act to make a scheme or rules or regulations shall be exercisable by statutory instrument which shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament F1(subject to subsection (1A)).

Where the power is exercisable by a Northern Ireland department it shall be exercisable by statutory rule for the purposes of the Statutory Rules (Northern Ireland) Order 1979 F3 subject to negative resolution (within the meaning of section 41(6) of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 F4).

The following amendments shall have effect—
